Name and Constitution

This is a charitable non-profit organization. It shall be called Kids Joy Foundation and is herein after referred to as the organization.

Registered Office

The registered office of the organization is 96 Bonasika & Sheriff St, Campbellville, Georgetown, Guyana.


1. To provide tangible benefits to unfortunate children (in the form of food, medicine, etc.)
2. To provide spiritual mentorship to children (children’s bible)
3. To assist in the advancement of education by providing socks, books, pencils, school bags, shoes, etc).
4. To assist in any way deemed beneficial to the community.

Application of Funds

All monies received on account of entrance fees, sponsorships, donations, levies, or otherwise and interest on investments shall be applied in carrying out the objectives of the foundation. Any committee member found misapplying these funds will be subject to disciplinary action based on the foundation policy.


Candidates for membership into this organization will be required to fill out application forms; however an interview will be conducted to determine candidate’s capability and responsibility in carrying out its duties.

This organization will comprise of seven committee members and four voluntary assistants. Committee members must also be financial contributors and will act as a board to the organization to make decisions and be eligible to vote.


Benefits shall not be of a personal or private nature. All funds received will go directly towards the achievement of the society purpose.

Mission and Vision

This organization is aimed at reducing and eliminating the poverty rate amongst young children across Guyana, mainly under developed areas. Quarterly meetings will be arranged at a church location in Enmore whereby children from any color, creed, race, religion will meet and donation items will be distributed according to the need.

Membership Meetings

Meetings will be conducted monthly and its minutes recorded. All committee members must be present so planning and decisions can be made. Members consist of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Trustee, two Members.
